Cold Calling Prohibition

For the sake of good order, we would like to point out that according to the findings of VwGH 2013/03/0048 bzgl. § 107 Abs 1 TKG 2003 there is no distinction between consumers, entrepreneurs or traders for the protected participants.

Even if the person you are calling is on their website in legally obligatory imprint or in a publicly accessible directory of participants his contact details & publishes its corporate purpose, this does not constitute prior consent to receive calls for advertising purposes.

We therefore ask you to respect this in the spirit of fair play. Other calls from customers or interested parties for our products & of course, services or collaborations are always welcome!

Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our business activities and website.

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can submit this complaint to the data protection authority based in Austria.

Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Project Handling

Documents and data that are created in connection with projects - including invoices, project documentation, photo protocols and the like - are based on the currently valid version of the currently valid version of the statutory retention requirement or warranty and consumer protection.

Tracking

We use Matomo von InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, Neuseeland. Based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior, data is collected and stored for optimization and marketing purposes in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Pseudonymized usage profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose.

Cookies are used for this. These are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the site visitor's browser. Cookies enable, among other things, the recognition of the browser.

The data collected by Matomo technology (including your pseudonymized IP address) is processed on our own servers. The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

If you do not agree to the storage and evaluation of this data from your visit, you can object to the storage and use at any time with a click of the mouse. In this case, an opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, which means that Matomo does not collect any session data.
