Cold Calling Prohibition

For the sake of good order, we would like to point out that according to the findings of VwGH 2013/03/0048 bzgl. ยง 107 Abs 1 TKG 2003 there is no distinction between consumers, entrepreneurs or traders for the protected participants.

Even if the person you are calling is on their website in legally obligatory imprint or in a publicly accessible directory of participants his contact details & publishes its corporate purpose, this does not constitute prior consent to receive calls for advertising purposes.

We therefore ask you to respect this in the spirit of fair play. Other calls from customers or interested parties for our products & of course, services or collaborations are always welcome!
